Central Park Praha brings the American residential services to Prague

Central Park Praha, the largest luxury housing project in the Czech Republic, is working with the US based TVO Groupe to provide first-class residential services and facility management in Prague.
Central Park Praha is considered the most ambitious luxury development in Prague, pioneering world class concierge services. Nearly 2,000 residents will enjoy valet parking, flower delivery, translation services, pet care, spa treatments and other services, which are until now unheard of on the Czech market. The first residents will start moving in this September.
Central Park Praha (CPP Development) has joined forces with US based TVO Groupe to bring proven top standards of property management to the Czech Republic. TVO Groupe operates thousands of luxury apartments across the United States and is an established specialist on facility management.
The new joint venture, branded as TVO Europe, is based in the Czech Republic and headed by Ms. Paula Forshee.
“Central Park Praha is an extraordinary project that will deliver only the best services for its residents,” said Ms. Forshee. “Standards of services in Central and Eastern Europe are generally low. We decided to change that. As a result, the whole property value of Central Park Praha will be enhanced.”
