Tower flats
Space, light, panoramic views, a joining of the outside and inside space – these are the tower buildings in the Central Park Praha project. The architecturally unique residences are designed so that they fulfil the demands placed on housing in the 21st century.
Terraces
Every flat in the towers has a spacious terrace. Its uniqueness consists in the fact that it is spread out around its entire outer circumference, so you can use it to cross from one end to the other! As we can tell from the terraces of those who already live in Central Park, they are wonderful to use for pleasant morning breakfasts with friends or for growing flowers and herbs, which is easy thanks to the water supplied right to the terrace. We designed the spacious terraces so that they optically connect the interior and exterior, while leaving you with an abundance of privacy. By moving the glass walls your living room opens up and is increased by the size of the terrace in the summer months. Thus your residence can be different in each of the seasons. The terraces are shaded from above, so the hot summer sun does not get inside, while the low winter rays of sun pleasantly heat up the terrace and the interior.
Panoramic view
Most of the residences in Central Park will have a view of Parukářka or of the lush greenery of the private park. You can revel in the view of the Old Town and the monumental Prague Castle from the flats on the higher floors of the towers . The experience is definitely enhanced by an original architectural design – the diagonal orientation of the flats, thanks to which you will have Prague opening before you from most of the cardinal directions. All of the windows are French windows. A characteristic feature of these flats, apart from the spectacular views, is the maximum use of natural daylight.
Practical layouts
We respect the specifics of your lifestyle to the utmost. We offer diverse types of flats so that you can choose precisely what you want. Do you live alone, as a couple or in a family with several children? Choose the flat that suits you the most. Flats ranging in size from one-room flats with kitchenettes to spacious units spread over 180 m2 are available. We had your needs in mind when we built bathrooms for most of the bedrooms, plus we didn’t forget a utility room for a washer and dryer. Many of us have lots of hobbies and interests and this often calls for a lot of sports equipment – skis, sleds, bikes and many other necessities. But where to put it? The project includes cellar stalls ranging in size from 2.6 – 16.6 m2 in the price of the flat. Almost every family today has at least one car, and thus the flats have parking spots in the spacious underground garages. Your car will be absolutely safe, the entrance and exit is monitored by a camera system.
Deluxe in all respects
The deluxe workmanship is evident at every step in Central Park. Natural materials predominate, used in the exteriors and in the fittings of the individual flats. Quality wooden three-layer laminated floors in a wide range of shades, wooden windows and parapets, veneered doors and door frames. The bathroom fittings come from the renowned brands Duravit and Hüppe, the brand for the taps is Grohe and Hansgrohe for the shower set. The bathrooms’ cosiness is enhanced with floor heating and ladder radiators. The warmth of home is provided by floor convectors that can be comfortably regulated through a thermostat. Some of the flats are also equipped with air conditioning.
We want for you to live as best as possible in Central Park. We have placed a bathroom by the majority of the bedrooms, often with natural daylight. The flats also have a separate toilet with a small washbasin, so visitors do not need to enter your intimate bathroom space. Almost every residence has a closet and a utility room, e.g. for a washer and dryer. We have equipped some of the flats with Bulthaup brand kitchen units and Siemens appliances and we have discounted the costs for the kitchen from the price of the flat in the other flats.
Modern technology
You and your children are absolutely safe here with us. The complex is monitored by a system of cameras and security chips are required for all the entrances to the buildings, the internal park and the garage gates. Each flat is equipped with a videophone. An Internet connection is also a matter of course.
