Life above Prague
We have built several penthouses on the top floors of the tower buildings for those of you who enjoy space and a view of Prague from above. Thus you get a flat with a size of up to 360 m2 spread out over the entire floor. The interior of the spacious penthouses is designed individually, precisely according to your ideas and wishes. The only thing that is given is the elevator that takes you right to your residence and of course the high quality of the materials used. Each of the penthouses is surrounded by an expansive terrace offering fantastic views of all hundred spires of Prague.
Terraces around the Entire Flat
The terrace extends around the entire external circumference, so you can literally walk from one end of the flat to the other and back without ever going inside! As we can tell from the terraces of those who already live in Central Park, they are wonderful to use for pleasant morning breakfasts with friends or for growing flowers and herbs, which is easy thanks to the water supplied right to the terrace. We designed the spacious terraces so that they optically connect the interior and exterior, while leaving you with an abundance of privacy. By moving the glass walls your living room opens up and is increased by the size of the terrace in the summer months. Thus your residence can be different in each of the seasons. The terraces are shaded from above, so the hot summer sun does not get inside, while the low winter rays of sun pleasantly heat up the terrace and the interior. And when you want to have absolute privacy, simply use the outdoor blinds.
