The deluxe workmanship of all the flats and houses are supplemented by the offer of services for unexpectedly low fees. Security guards will constantly see to your safety and the 24/7 reception can help send your mail with its trained staff speaking at least two world languages. You also don't have to fret over small repairs like changing a light bulb or fixing a dripping tap. Plus you can order from a wide range of extra services: from babysitting to washing your car, IT consulting, food delivery, washing and ironing clothes to watering your plants when you are on vacation. Have you arranged a meeting but you don't want to leave home? No problem! You can sit with friends and arrange business meetings in our cafe with its view of the park. The flower shop on the ground floor of our project will also contribute to a comfortable lifestyle, and a beauty salon and other small services will be joining it in the near future. You don’t believe it? Come and see for yourself! Park your car in the underground garages, try out our reception’s services and then we will be glad to take you around the entire project and show you the show flat.
Standard services:
- A trained staff is at your complete disposal in the reception 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and they can handle all your requests.
- We will help you with small household repairs (hanging pictures, changing light bulbs...)
- Your flat will even be safe when you are not there (through a security system and thanks to regular inspections by our guards)
