The real estate portal www.kdechcibydlet.cz, which offers an easy-to-use and up-to-date offer of new residential projects, performed a test which compared five development projects, namely Central Park Praha, Prague Marina, Jeseninova Residences, Korunní Residences and Riegrovy Sady Residences.From the comparison tables it shows that Central Park Praha, which offers a wide range of services and provides the pleasant environment of a private park and a sports club, is far from being one of the projects with the highest price. It ended up the second-least-expensive in the test by the Kdechcibydlet.cz portal. Another important item of information is that the Central Park Praha project is the only one of the projects evaluated to include everything important in its advertised prices. It often happens that those interested in a flat are unpleasantly surprised by how much its price goes up when all the other necessary expenses are calculated in. Meanwhile a cellar or spot in the garage are an inseparable part of every flat in today’s day and age.
