Payment schedule
Procedure for purchasing property in Central Park Praha:
- Non-binding verbal reservation – a maximum of 3 working days
- Agreement for Reservation of Flat – the flat is reserved by the client for a period of 30 days from the conclusion of the Agreement. The 1st advanced payment is paid – a reservation fee in the amount of 150,000 CZK, which is payable within 5 days from the signing of the Reservation Agreement and it becomes the contractual fine in the event that the client does not come to sign the Purchase Agreement within 30 days from the signing of this Agreement.
- The Purchase Agreement is a contract which transfers the subject of the purchase - sale from the seller to the buyer. It precisely specifies the subject of the transfer and its final price.
